NIKITA SAXENA (President and Founder)

 

Nikita has over twenty years of Software experience in a wide variety of technologies and leadership roles.  Some of these fields include Auto-ID, Medical, Defense, Space, Communications, Computers, Internet, Mobile etc.  He has worked in a number of different companies in different countries including Wind River Systems, Honeywell, Curtiss-Wright, etc and this alongwith the strides taken in technology, has inspired his global vision of how Information Technology can transform our world.

 

Nikita holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Maryland at College Park.

 

 

 

SANGEETA SAXENA (Vice-President, Software Development)

 

Sangeeta has over twenty-five years of Software Design and Development experience in a wide variety of fields.  Some of these fields include Auto-ID, Medical, Enterprise Software, Internet etc.  She has worked at all levels of Software Development in various companies including Lotus, IBM, Remedy etc.

 

Sangeeta holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Brockport.

 

 

 

ANVITA SAXENA (Vice-President, Organization Development)

 

Anvita has over fifteen years of experience in a wide variety of fields.  Some of these fields include Community Services, Financial Services, Academia, NGOs etc.  She has worked at all levels of Organization Development in various organizations.

 

Anvita holds a Masters degree in Social Work from Lucknow University.  She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Algonquin College.
